Lilian Was born in the Dominican Republic , she moved to the United States with her family due to an opportunity her father received through the church, and she finished her school in Naples, FL. She married an Ohio native and moved to Indiana to be closer to family. She has been a Customer service specialist for the past 10 years and takes pride in helping others.

When she isn’t answering your most important insurance questions, she is caring for her plants and her garden at home, she is an avid plant collector. Lilian and her husband enjoy hiking, fishing, and foraging and they live in Indianapolis with their four rabbits.
